i think that someone you don't know can definitely be your role model. you can admire people for doing amazing things or inspiring you to try and do great things/follow your dreams.

my family & friends are amazing, but they've hardly done anything particularly inspiring.

my role models are kate winslet and rachel mcadams.
rachel mcadams is from ontario as well and that inspires me to go after my dreams.
kate winslet is just amazing to me.
