Roku/Xbox

Right now we have an Xbox 360 to stream Netflix and Hulu as we don't have regular TV. I originally had wanted the Xbox so I could use it to exercise while my son napped. Unfortunately that is not working out. So I'm thinking of getting rid of the Xbox and getting a Roku. Does that do basically the same thing as the Xbox, except without the game functionality?

From what I understand yes that's exactly what it does. the roku may also give you some other free channels, but I've heard mixed reviews as to the popularity of those other free channels.

Yes, the roku does the same thing as an Xbox and it will be a whole lot cheaper.

Roku will meet your need. I bought my second box on black Friday at Best Buy for the 20 dollars off. I really love it.
