So, if no bus from between MK and Epcot, perhaps an alternative way to get to Epcot from CR/BLT would be a Beach & Yacht or Boardwalk bus from the MK bus area. Maybe worth it if you'd prefer to start your Epcot visit from the Int'l Gateway rather than the front of the park.
Yes, this would be a decent back of the park option.
One major plus for BLT and Contemporary is that they can easily bus to and from anywhere by walking to MK.

Why? Isn’t that how people get to that area for restaurants?
Why? C’mon…. you know the answer….

There is a difference between using it for a restaurant on one of the hotel properties and using it as a sneaky way to get into EPCOT.

If everyone who couldn’t walk or use the Skyliner used a bus to those hotels to get into EPCOT then it would make every aspect of the experience worse for the paying guests of those hotels.

People need to stop trying to “work the system” in such a way that they think will make it better for them but ends up making it worse for everyone.

I dunno, that’s a lot of extra effort to walk to MK and THEN wait to take a bus to the resort and THEN walk to the international gateway. If you’re that committed, which I expect only a small group of people is, I say enjoy! We own at BLT and I’d rather just Lyft over if I was that opposed to the other transport. I don’t think you have much to worry about.

I hope that security turns anyone away that tries to get dropped off at BC/YC/BW and makes them get dropped off at the front of EPCOT just like everyone else IF they are not a guest of the hotel or have an active dining reservation during their window of arrival that also has a cancelation fee…… just like everyone is not allowed to take a Lyft to BLT and then walk into the MK…..

That's sort of how I was thinking about it. Maybe in the same category of Caribbean Beach guests using a Riviera bus instead of the dedicated CB buses. Will some people do it? Sure. Will they end up saving time? Maybe, it's a gamble. Will it be enough people to ruin the bus experience for RIV guests? Seems highly unlikely to me.

Seems much different to me than say, booking a dining reservation, getting your parking spot at a resort, and then just staying there all day/night and enjoying one of the nearby parks.

Would anyone doing this actually be violating a Disney rule (similar to guests making a dining reservation but parking for longer than their allotted time)? My understanding of Disney transportation was that anyone can ride any of it - for example, if someone wanted to park at Disney Springs, bus to RIV/CB/HS/BW/BC, and go joyride on the Skyliner, all for free, there isn't any rule they'd be violating. Or, similarly, if they wanted to bus to monorail area and joyride on the monorail. Maybe I'm wrong though. That was just my understanding. And, maybe you're just saying you think it should be a rule.
