• $7,500 agreed price
  • $7,500 / 230 = $32.61
• $2,416 in 2025 dues
  • 230 * $10.5049
  • I think it's a little early to bundle 2025 dues into closing price though, no? While they are due immediately upon closing after Dec 1, it's not a reimbursement to the seller, which is typically why they're included in the string
• $694ish closing costs

Yes, the formula is that you are supposed to include closing costs and 2025 dues.
