But if you decide to pay in full mid year they will?Yes. Has to be paid in full in January. If your paying monthly they do not accept credits cards.

I am really hoping someone on here got the deal! I saw it this morning and was so excited for someone to get PVB at that price!Someone got a really nice price on PVB today - I put in an offer but didn’t get it. Waiting to see if it shows up here!
I’m not sure if you start monthly if you then have the option to pay in full anytime with credit card. Good question though. But if you decide to pay in full mid year they will?
You can pay anytime, throughout the year, with a CC. You can pay annually with a CC. You just can’t set up monthly auto payments with a CC.But if you decide to pay in full mid year they will?
I thought I read that this was the case. Don’t you just need to manually make the monthly payments with a CC (or gift card) before the monthly payment is actually due and before Disney takes it out of your bank account? You can pay anytime, throughout the year, with a CC. Yes, that’s what we do. We set up autopay from our checking account and then go to the website at least a day or two ahead of time and make a payment. Most of the time we’re using DGCs we bought at a discount, so we often pay several months at a time, but you don’t have to.I thought I read that this was the case. I think Poly prices will eventually drop, and we will see it around $130-$140. If the economy takes a hit it will be lower but that goes for all resorts.Dismom18---$144.5-$16000-100-PVB-Dec-0/23, 100/24, 100/25, 100/26- sent 10/6, passed 10/24
Just closed on this contract and saw the 130/pt loaded Poly early this morning, was so tempted but had to pass on it, hopefully we’ll start seeing better deals on Poly now that there’s a glut of points in the system.

You mean if you have autopay set up, correct? Which is optional. You can not make partial payments using a CC once you have monthly payments set up.
You can pay with CC a contract in full…but not the monthly payment….GC works to pay the monthly payments.

I don't have autopay set up and I can just go in and make a payment with a CC throughout the year or all at once at the end of the year. Whichever works best.
Thanks. Disney just can't seem to make anything straight forward.I was referring to once the year started and dues have been posted and due. If you are prepaying the following year, you can indeed just pay any amount you want via CC.
Thank for clarifying that.
It certainly appears that some are hedging their bets on this being a successful refurb. I really hope it is. Current BLT hallways/rooms have a dormitory feel to them. IKEA like...for me personally.I haven't been on here in awhile and just did a quick check on ROFR the past few months, seems like there have been some great deals on BLT small contracts! So tempting...but I know I can't....Wonder if the refurb ends up in most people's favor it will become popular and result in driving up the price a bit and less inventory...Not that it matters to me since I can't buy anymore contracts!

I am also praying for a great refurb and NOT Incredibles theme! I love those movies and characters but I am not a fan of them for resort theming. The location is absolutely the main reason why we bought there. It certainly appears that some are hedging their bets on this being a successful refurb. I really hope it is. And I have my eye on a couple of BLT contracts. Location alone makes it a viable option.
There are some photos on the blt refurb thread. No incredibles theme lolI am also praying for a great refurb and NOT Incredibles theme! I love those movies and characters but I am not a fan of them for resort theming. The location is absolutely the main reason why we bought there.
I saw those and don't look like it will be, still kinda vague and I just don't wanna get my hopes up!There are some photos on the blt refurb thread. No incredibles theme lol
Agree. Incredibles does not scream Deluxe Resort to me!I am also praying for a great refurb and NOT Incredibles theme! I love those movies and characters but I am not a fan of them for resort theming. The location is absolutely the main reason why we bought there.
The only thing I find deluxe is the Villains Lair and being able to walk into Magic Kingdom…..Agree. Incredibles does not scream Deluxe Resort to me!
