Does anyone know any tricks on how to make this happen faster???—— 42 days so far. I have emailed the company I bought it through. They said they contacted Disney and Mason Title has as well. That was back on Oct 11th. They emailed Disney again on the 14th. I hate being in limbo.

No shame in getting through at a safe price; a contract in hand is worth two in ROFR limbo (or however that saying goes). I do understand the feeling though, I had a similar experience with my first contract… and if this one passes I’ll definitely wish I’d offered $120!

I'd use a different agent. Buyers should be told if it's an international seller simply because it typically takes longer to close.

Whenever I've asked, the broker has told me and not questioned why I'm asking. The timeline is much longer if it's an international seller so they should not withhold that information.

How much longer? I’m eyeing an international if/when I don’t pass rofr (should be soon)

Exactly. The response I received was- I'm sorry I cannot tell you that. Then they proceeded to tell me they had multiple offers and to submit my best one by 3pm. Ummmm....no thanks. You can't/won't give me simple info I want no part of it.
