Great contract, great price... Congrats!

I know the $/point on some of the smaller contracts (especially with closing costs spread over fewer points) can be high, but these 25-75 point contracts are much more likely to make it through ROFR as a result. If/when it comes time to resell them, the high add-on demand and $/point premium are well worth a little extra upfront cost.
