Well I expected to hear about my contract today based on others dates... but have heard nothing.

Not sure how the ROFR order works. I purchased one, then sold 2. And I think I heard back in reverse order.

Also saw one that was sent same day with same resort and use year that passed 3-4 days before mine.

Yes, sadly I have seen the skibidi toilet videos, and my son says skibidi Ohio rizz means someone is weird basically. I know much more than I ever wish I did and kids are wild. It’s all from memes and TikTok sounds don’t even bother googling it you’ll just be as confused as I was and still am lol

Had our contract for just over a decade, so many great memories. While on a trip I got a 'SOLD' email, which meant what I thought it did, full price offer. Just activated my DVC AP so I'll be back, likely at the Swan. I fully expect to buy back into DVC when my now 14 year old has her own kids. At that time I'll be looking for enough points for 2 bedrooms I'm sure.

I’m feeling bittersweet about this! We just bought a second contract and added more points at BLT because we agree it’s the best value right now. Hubby was hoping we’d buying into CCV but the deals just weren’t there.

I just saw on DVC fan group that someone’s CCV contract was just ROFR’d. Did anyone else see that? It was a good deal but I’m surprised Disney took it. Anyone wanna speculate what that was all about?

I saw the same thing. So fortunate mine got through by the skin of it's teeth. CCV ROFR monster is waking up.

I’m thinking there’s 2 possibilities here and I am really hoping it’s the latter!

1. Preemptive posturing to increase CCV average price for possible reflections 2.0

2. Preemptive posturing to increase CCV average price to then turnaround and sell them direct with amazing incentives similar to what we saw with OKWI

If it is the 2nd DVC is about to get all of my money. But I think its just price stabilization .
