What all is included in that $7607?
55*100=5500
$2107 seems high for dues, admin, etc.??
Genuinely curious!
Good catch … I’m actually paying $7,382 instead of $7,607. I’m paying the 2024 annual dues of $1,131 since I’m receiving all of those points plus a few banked points from 2023, along with closing costs of $751.

nxsteven---$115-$23000-200-BLT-Jun-19/23, 200/24, 200/25-Seller pays MF & Closing '24- sent 6/6, passed 7/2

We made it! A true $115/pt as the seller agreed to pay all fees!

We will probably have to sell off the 19 points from 2023 as we have a trip booked for late July and it's unlikely/impossible that they will be loaded into our existing DVC account by that time. Any idea on what we should expect to pocket from that?

Congrats. Were the 19 pts already banked into the 2024 UY? If not, then they would have already expired on May 31 of 2024.

We closed on our CCV contract in May, and expected to gift a 1 night stay to a relative since 16 points were set to expire July 31. We got pixie dusted and somehow those 16 points ended up banked for 2024 for us to use. I don't know if it is common for DVC to do that, but that is all we can figure.

I'm on day 38. And no clue why. I suspect (perhaps being negative) that at some point the broker is going to confess to not sending when they said they did, but my last two check ins, they have insisted.

There definitely seems to be some variability going on with return times. I had mine sent on the 5th, which seems pretty likely it occurred as both the broker and title company independently said so on that day. Really figured I would have heard today (if not on Friday when others started reporting).

A couple months ago it was predictable clockwork.

Something similar happened to me. I had 9 points that had expired before closing. When I called to get the points loaded the MS CM asked if I wanted to bank said (expired) 9 points. YES PLEASE!!

Wow! That's really nice to know. These are the little things Disney does that keep us coming back. I love it!
