Received closing docs today. Signed and mailed with a check. Of course, the sellers are out of town this week. So, they won't be returning their docs until next week.

Hi everyone. First, apologies but i fat-fingered my original rofr entry for BW (i put $99 per point, but it was $98). The good news is it passed today!. Here is my corrected entry.

This is our first purchase and bought completely sight unseen without ever staying in a deluxe resort, but have a feeling we will love it.
