Due to a miscommunication, I was not notified and thought Disney had taken it. When I contacted the broker after 30 days they told me it passed

What is the actual average timeframe it takes Disney to execute ROFR?

2 things.

#1 Just to make sure that timeframes are accurate. Our offer was sent to Disney on 7/24... not 7/21.

#2 We passed ROFR!!! YAY!!! This is our first contract.
