In looking at this along with the previous ROFR threads it appears Disney does not historically buy back the small contracts. I have two questions:
1. In your opinion, is it strictly because of the premium price a small contract has or is it due to the point size?
2. Does anyone know when Disney buys back a contract, do those points simply go back into the overall Disney pool of points or if they buy back a 150 points contract, those 150 points continues to stand as a unique contract for Disney to sell?
Disney can and does break up contracts and sell them off in smaller pieces as separate contracts. For example, if they bought back a 150-pointer at some resort and had people on the waiting list who wanted less than 150 points, they would break up the contract and sell it as multiple add-ons.2.
