Yep. Today is day 29 for us and still waiting. Agent says they still haven't heard

Looks like they haven't taken a AKL since 2013 so I have that going for me but knowing my luck this will be the first in 2+ years. LOL

I seldom see AKL not pass. I don't think there is as much of a demand for it direct.

It was the broker. They said they hadn't heard anything. I was worried about phoning anyone else in case it jeopardized it

They took every bit of our 30 days, for crying out loud. I'm not convinced they didn't actually waive sooner and this broker just wanted to wait out the 30, quite frankly. Oh well, looks like I still have about a month or more until we close, but at least the important hurdle is done!

I am using resalemarket.. They told me estoppable in approximatly 30 days... here goes the counting again.!

What is the closing date on your sales contract? *** was told by Disney request made for estoppels after 1/4/16 will now be provided around two weeks prior to the closing date. I am unclear if Disney is actually doing this or not. You can see by my signature line how long each of the processes have taken me (and I am not through yet).
