This is killing me..... I haven't been able to separate myself from the phone, I jump every time my email chime goes off....... This process is going to drive me crazy lol........ I am at 21 days now but others who sent it when I did have reported getting a response....

I called my broker today, and they said that there were about 20 contracts submitted before mine that they were still waiting for. Their estimate is about a week. Ugh. Killing me too...

I am still hopeful we get an answer sooner than next Friday... I think it's weird that some people have gotten answers early and some aren't... I guess they must not be processed in order or something... It's just annoying lol... I'm so impatient...

Had the same problem. I saw contracts closed and the deed recorded 1 day later. Ours took 2 weeks after the seller sent it in. The title company said the same thing - OCC is busy and there were a lot in front of you. Didn't make the wait any easier. NOthing you can do, but wait and be happy when its over.

Our Reseller has sent in an addendum the new price is as listed below. It look like the ROFR will not start over, but it will be delayed a few days. Fingers crossed again.

Yea, I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that doesn't set off some sort of ROFR alarm. Some of the recent contracts that they've exercised ROFR seemed to have higher point availability.
