Still waiting... hopefully this week I can share good news to the family

Good luck, I would think you should hear this week. It took our contract the better part of a month to pas ROFR. It was sent in 1/7 and passed 2/2.

I was told each broker has their own contact (assume some brokers may be shared), but this could be a reason for the difference in when contracts are waived or exercised.

I'm not sure this is the case, as the correspondence is solely by email with the department that handles ROFR and they use a general email address. They did not have individual contacts up to three months ago for sure, so unless this has suddenly changed, I'd put this down as someone passing you an unsubstantiated and incorrect rumour .
