We sent ours in on 2/15. Fingers crossed that we pass ROFR any day now.

I don't think anyone has ever figured out how Disney decided what ones to take in ROFR.
In your case, the price seems in line with what has passed based on what people have posted (most in the low to mid teens). Yet, one at $99 also passed, which I don't think anyone expected.

At this point, all you can do is sit back, wait and enjoy the ride until you hear it either passed or didn't. It can be a long, nervous wait. Good luck.

Disney kicked this back to us because the 220 (137 banked from 2015 & 83 for 2016) points for 2016 is actually only 199 (137 banked from 2015 & 62 for 2016). They say the seller has used 21 of the points since listing or something. The Re-seller is trying to find out if we accept the contract with 21 less points, will we have to start ROFR over again. Anyone have this happen before? Will we have to start the 30 days over again? If we do, should I renegotiate the price? Bummer

Bummer. I can't help you with whether this has happened before or what happens to ROFR

As to whether to renegotiate, it depends. How important are the 21 points? In the price that you negotiated, were you paying for the banked points? IF so, then the price should be dropped appropriately. This is also a chance to take another look at the offers that are out there and see if there is a better deal for you, or if this is still the best one for you.

The value of 21 points is about $165 based on the fact that you can rent the points for $13 minus your maintenance fees. I would probably keep the existing deal but have the seller pay the maintenance points on the 21 points in question.

Really good chance. They almost never take BLT, especially above $110

Congratulations! That is a great timeline. I'm jealous, just got the deed recorded, so we are waiting for our number. I can only hope ours goes as fast as yours.
Did you call Disney for your number or did you get it in the mail?
