Finally got an offer accepted after making several ad being outbit! Now hopefully it doesn't get taken. This was through Fidelity and has the fee plus 2017 maintenance fees on the Feb 17 points.

I think we're just going to put a pin in it for a few months. The process was really stressful and I think we want to pay cash (or as close to cash as possible) when we do pull the trigger again. Disney's been taking all a lot of BWV contracts lately it seems.
