I was on day 28 of ROFR, I got an email at 6:20 am they said I had to sign an addendum for the wrong contract #. I asked if it started over they said no. I should be on day 53. I’m considered on day 26. I called Disney directly yesterday as my agent wasn’t getting back to me. It’s just so frustrating. I’m in the same boat you are

It is frustrating. At least in my case these are Aug 25 points that I'm just planning to bank so I'm not on a time constraint.

We did however make a large deposit on this contract to take advantage of using a credit card. It's a VGC contract that I'm not sure is going to pass. I'm unhappy that we will be tying up that money longer than necessary, but that's life I guess.

You should be hearing soon at least! Fingers crossed for you.

Thanks! We sold off all our 2042's a few years ago and I swore I would not buy another, but we are short just about that much. Ironically, DVC bought 3 or 4 of our contracts at $110 or more (if I remember correctly) per point in ROFR in 2022?

It was too good of a deal, our UY AND it won't close until the end of September (we will book 11 months out with our other direct and resale contracts in November). We scooped it up at full price, considering we paid $62 PP in 1996. DH and I find OKW works well for us as we can park in front of our door LOL and be right next to the pool at Miller's Road or Turtle Pond.
