FINALLY! After 3 long months of waiting (!!!), we finally passed ROFR at BRV!!! Woohoohooo!!

I tried to update this on the January-March thread, but it's closed to new posts now. So -- TWELVE WEEKS after it was "sent to Disney for ROFR" (after contacting the realtor for 6 weeks they finally claimed Disney "lost" the file. It took another month after that. We'll never know what really happened, but... this one was stressful!) But now -- we're almost there!!!

Congrats! Who was the realtor so I can avoid lol

So sorry, I know that was so frustrating. Disney also lost my file supposedly but that was for transfer not ROFR. So frustrating with so much money in limbo. Glad you finally passed and way to go for sticking it out!

Yes they finally found it, not sure if it was title co or Disney at fault tbh but I can say Disney DVC MS wasnt super helpful and that sucked.

Anyone bought any Vero Beach contracts lately? I went back through the end of last year's thread and I think there was only 1 listed.

I'd love to, but no one is interested in coming down to the price I am willing to pay...

Then again, we listed a small contract recently (not at VB if I'm allowed to say that), and I have decided I am interested in being one of those "not very motivated sellers" I've heard about from brokers for years....

YESSSSS!!! We bought our first contract at Boardwalk sight unseen based on a gut feeling. We got there and on day 3 of our stay, bought another one!
