This is also US sourced income reportable as a US nonresident on Form 1040-NRBelieve me, the CRA want their share too. So yes you do have to declare it as taxable income.

I sure hope you are right. I am a location and value based buyer, and it hit both those notes for me. I really think the location is about as good as possible in Magic Kingdom. The points chart isn’t insane. The dues are excellent. And I even like the modern look they were going for. I ended up sending four total offers to different sellers over a six week period. One declined without a counter, one dropped their list price entirely but didn't counter, one countered but it was still a bit higher than I preferred for a 160 point contract (good deal but over my allocated budget at the moment).Excellent deal. I am guessing you must send offers to multiples listings at a time and hope one bites? I think it could be hard to bargain so low otherwise, without multiple offers in the air.
There are several in this quarter that went through at sub 120$ - the lowest so far that I’ve seen is 111$. I’m hoping our 110$ becomes the lowest later this month. I decided to increase my budget, but also look at 200 point contracts. I sent the same offer I had been sending to the others and it was accepted right away. I think it was just timing with this specific seller.

Yeah this is exactly me lol. If they're going to gut the place, I just can't see them messing it up when all of the gut jobs have been done very well. All of the new builds, as well, in my opinion. Thanks! I agree with that. Our RIV is direct and probably will need additional pts for larger rooms as our girls grow. Maybe we go w/resale on those as well and just compartmentalize RIV altogether. Looks like a really good deal to me!I'm a noob here so I will apologize upfront as I get familiar with this site. It's a bit intimidating the amount of knowledge. Anyway, I put an offer on a contract and we are now playing the waiting game. I did some research, but I guess I pulled the trigger quickly. We love WDW and it's getting a bit cramped with four of us in the standard rooms. Any thoughts on the following?
