Here goes nothing.....this will be (if we pass) our second contract. We offered $78 with all points from 2015 available and all 2016 pts coming in August and all 2017 pts intact. Seller agreed to pay MF"s AND Closing. Sellers paid all dues and closing on my first contract a year and a half ago too. May be tempting fate this time though, especially since we got our contract into ROFR prior to the cut off for the grandfathering. Not sure Disney will let this one go through. Especially since all 2015 pts are there. They can just snatch it up and sell it as an extended OKW. Here's hoping for some pixie dust again . If they stick to the 30 days and don't go over I have 11 days left until I find out.

BW contract sent back as the contract did not have banked points. Cancelled contract as seller would not negotiate for value of banked points.

That looks like a pretty good deal to me at current prices. I hope you find something more suitable to what you're looking for.. Good luck!

We just signed a contract on 4/7. I have a question for you all...based on the timeframe to actually transfer membership, how likely is it we can book before the points expire? We'll be getting 100 points that expire on 9/1. Closing is suppose to be on or around June 1...

It is unlikely that u are paying MF on 2015 points, I would check that contract again, most likely the MF you are paying now are the 2016 points, which are the points coming available with the 2016 UY
