ktc34---$106-$34715-320-BLT-Dec-0/15, 0/16, 0/17, 320/18- sent 4/7, taken 4/28

:(

Wow, that is tough! So sorry. That really doesn't make any sense since there are no points coming on for 19 months!! Still watching and waiting for @huskerfanatic7 and @TexasChick123....

NHLFAN---$90-$5433-50-BWV-Dec-0/16, 100/17, 50/18- sent 4/17 , passed 5/2

Yippee Ki-Yay!!!

Woohoo! Great price! And nicely loaded, too.

I'm as sure as you can be without actual proof that mine is being taken. It's a Sept UY though, so my prediction is they will wait the full 30 days (or very close to it) because the points won't be here for 4 more months, and they will hang onto their money until the last possible second. I cannot stress this enough, I am completely fine with it. I can have my VGF points to keep me busy. Haha. We have a good amount of non-Disney trips (and one DL trip), a family wedding, summer sports, etc. coming up, so I will actually be incredibly busy. Hopefully them taking another one of mine frees up others to pass!!!:cool1:

I just received the news today that I'll be joining the club:

texanlawyer---$114-$26009-212-BLT-Oct-0/16, 212/17, 212/18- sent 4/15, passed 5/2

This is my first DVC contract, although I've been to WDW more times than I can count. Now I just need to wait through closing and then however long it takes Disney to set up my account so that I can start booking a trip.

They don't need to have points coming to resell them today... they add their developer points or whatever they're called. I think they wait until almost 30 days to see if any better prices come through OR to make us nutty (so maybe we'll dislike the resale process and go direct). I have a feeling mine will get taken. It's a June UY and not many HHI contracts out there, no others in June that I saw. And next month is June so those looking to buy direct soon, but freaked out by the CCV price may want the cheaper HHI. I am already looking for another option but may go direct myself. But want BCV so we'll see.

I feel ya, lovin'fl. I've been putting in offers left and right within minutes of listings coming out and getting super frustrated when the broker mentions it is immediately sold or for over asking price! I may need to research buying direct also :worship: the disney obsession and resale struggle is real :duck:

Smaller contracts are tough. I used to think small was 25-80 but now I think it's 25-150. Hard to get anything under 150 resale. They just go so fast. And then add in specific UY. Shoot, I have even been watching ANY UY for BCV.
yup! So true! The resale market has changed so much since I bought my first...

I find that a glass of wine helps a lot of these worries. ;) Also, taking vacations is a nice distraction from...well...everything! I honestly just want my deposit back so that I don't need to keep up with this contract anymore. I think I'm too annoyed at this point to be happy if it passed. The VGF one was so fast. This is the my 3rd BLT attempt, and they all take so long. I'm just over it and ready to move on with our plans for the summer! :beach:

I'm happy for Disney to take the contract so I have more traveling money for other trips!!! ✈️

Just was reading a pre TR on HHI and now I am really hoping this contract makes it through. Plus I looked at all the resale sites and nothing great at BCV or BWV...not in my price range anyway.

Oh, and Texas, I have had a couple glasses of wine tonight. It does help... with this ROFR anxiety AND my weary bones after packing my house for 4 days straight.

Same here! I've been scouring all the sites - and I'm willing to take a bigger contract, but I can't even make an offer before it's sold.

I am going to post this as the seller. I don't think the buyer is on the DIS. If you want to add it to the stats please do.

$92--$7365--75 SSR-Oct 0/16,0/17,75/18- sent 4/15, passed 5/2

No problem. Could you reformat that with the tool in post #1? It doesn't matter what username you put. Some people put "(seller)" after their name but the name doesn't really affect the stats :)

just got the email. We PASSED! Still in shock and couldn't be happier

:banana::dancer:party:
Congratulations! They sure took their sweet time with that one - and at $117 pp?!

Congrats! And now the estoppel wait... and the closing wait ... and the member number wait ... FWIW, I posted my timeline in "closing time." I'm very excited since I got to see my points today.
