Sherrkel - how do you set up notifications on that app? I have everything in my setting to show notifications but I just realized I have never received one. Thanks!

I've since deleted the app, but I just set up the one notification for a 140 to 160 listing for BRV. I hate to ask obvious questions, but is it just that no NEW listings have become available since you set your personalized notification?

We got the call today. Disney really couldn't pass on our awesome contract. Goodbye BCV. I will submit the formatted taken later. Enjoying our points at Aulani right now.

That app does only show what filters you apply and then I think it takes a day or two before it starts? I remember when I first set it up, I got nothing. Even though my filters are fairly broad. I then requested for it to send me everything and within a day or so it did. I then adjusted my filters again after that and then it was fine. I dunno, I think it's a bit touchy.

Hmmm...thanks! I think I am going to have to play with it a little. There are lots of new ones that I never got via e-mail or by notification - I actually forgot I downloaded the app till you posted something about it!

Those are not "terms"; that's just information. Note the following sentence which states "This right of first refusal in favor of DVD is set forth in the Declaration for your Home Resort and in your Purchase Agreement". Those documents contain the actual terms stating that you must set the closing date at least 30 days after the contract is submitted and that they have the right to exercise ROFR at any time prior to that date. It does not state anywhere that they only have 30 days to make the decision.

Ugh, I am one week in and already crazy. Didn't think that it would bother me that much but I was wrong. I was hoping to use these points for husbands 60th birthday in December, but I suspect that I will be paying cash for that one.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean! I'm on day 12 and feel I've developed an addiction to checking my email. I have never had such an empty inbox in my life. On the days I'm not working I'm trying to get a lot done around the house just to keep myself busy so I try not to think about it (Ha! It's ALL I think about).

Just bid on another similar contract. Sometimes they waive ROFR on a subsequent contract that's an even better deal!

Oh, I REALLY am crossing my fingers now because ours was submitted to Disney on 5/3. Of course I know that may mean nothing but I can still hope!

Kind of blown away we passed already, though at the price and point total I guess I shouldn't be that surprised, but TEN days seems really short for ROFR. I'm not complaining though. Yesterday was the first day the thought of "I wonder how much longer..." passed through my mind, and BAM it was done!
