After hearing how everyone had heard back, I promptly called the agent and found out the person handling my account was out of the office on Friday. My contract has passed ROFR and we will be starting closing shortly!

Lots of complaints on another thread about Fidelity's communication. I'm using not using them though. Things have been fairly smooth with the group I'm with.

I know Fidelity is closed on the weekends , maybe thats some of the lack of communications ?

I have never had a contract go all the way through to closing with Fidelity (ROFR, buyers backing out,etc. ) , but have dealt with them a few times. Sharon and Shawn have always been great to deal with imho.

Decided to join here just to post our experience thus far with resale! We're excited, but keeping ourselves in check. This whole ROFR thing is nerve-wrecking since there's no apparent rhyme or reason for why they take a contract. Hopefully we'll know by Christmas if we're DVC members or not!
