So sorry! According to a post from the Timeshare Store on FB, only OKW contracts have been taken lately. I'm nervous!

-- 7/15/14 received notice that it passed ROFR
-- 8/1/14 received closing documents.
-- 8/1/14 returned $ and documents
-- 8/12/14 closing company has forwarded a copy of the recorded
deed to DVC with the request that they complete the transfer in their*system
-- 8/13/14 recorded with Orange County
-- 8/27/14 Contract shows on DVC site.
-- 8/28 Talked to member services …shell there only
-- 9/7 Talked to member services again & was told I bought re-sale and it takes longer to load them.

Wow … it's been a long wait for you. On our contracts purchased a year ago it took about 2 to 3 weeks from the time we wired the money (and I thought that was long!).

The first re-sale contract that we have ever offered on was in June & it was accepted and than we waited forever for seller to sign. Come to find out they were filing for bankruptcy which they had not declared upon listing. We said no thank you at that point.

This contract went a lot smoother until actually waiting for points to load. I keep waiting for the next hiccup!!

Has anyone ever had (or heard of) Disney take their contract during ROFR twice in a row?

I'm still waiting "patiently" on mine in ROFR, and looking at listings for a plan B. Thinking that Mickey taking it away twice would really suck.

However- We heard back from our broker that Disney didn't start the ROFR till 8/13 due to them waiting on a death certificate from the seller.....

Will hopefully have an update this week!

The price seems low compared to others that passed, I'm hoping they just overlook and release!
