ROFR Process - when does 30 days start?

Can someone tell me when Disney's 30 days start? Is it the day they formally acknowledge the receipt of the contract or the date it was faxed? Or, does it start when it goes to the committee?
I've asked the broker and she just tells me "we're good."

I think it is 30 days from receipt by Disney...

It should be 30 days from when it is faxed to Disney. I signed my contract on 1/5 and my broker told me the 30 days will be this week 2/4.
