ROFR for HHI

We are looking for an HHI resale. I've been watching the resale ads the last few weeks and most seem to be listed between $70.00 & $75.00 per point. At these price levels are the contracts going through or is Disney buying them??

I've seen some HH contracts for less than that recently. One comes to mind in Timesharing Today in the Sept issue. To answer your question I think that a contract in the range you mentioned will have no trouble getting through ROFR.

Looking at the ROFR thread on this board, a few have passed as low as $73 and I see one that was ROFR'd at $70.

You paid 16,400 for a purchase of 200 points, right? I just to make sure I read that right. Did you have to pay maintenance on the points from 2006? March 2006 points are not extra you have until March 2007 to use them.

Okay now I feel better. I really thought you have been duped. That's a wonderful contract for $72 a point
