Rodeo at Kissimmee

Just wondering if anyone has done the rodeo at Kissimmee? My DH is really into that sort of thing and thought it may be a good night out. Would it be suitable for children?

We have done the rodeo several times and was a good evening but i am sure that it closed a few years ago. Sure someone will correct me if i am wrong.

I love watching the rodeo on Extreme sports so I was very upset when we planned to go to the rodeo to find they no longer run it.
The only time I think it's there is if you happen to go around october( not sure of exact date) when the silver spurs is on.
also go onto the PBR.com web site and check out the calender, they do go to Tampa.
