OK, so I rode it, won't be doing that again!!! But at least I can say I did, didn't care for the drop part. I do all rides, but apparently I just prefer to be strapped in, or just don't like that free fall drop. Has anyone actually enjoyed it???:rotfl2:

Oh I loved it . I could do it all day. I am waiting for the rest of 15 to come out so I can do the WBTA 14 days on aquadunking

So it's different than the one on the Dream?

Yep, the AquaDuck is on the Dream & Fantasy - a "water coaster" that takes you around the pool deck.
The Magic has AquaDunk - which dunks/drops you down a tube :)

Yes, the AquaDuck (Dream-class ships) is a ride like a coaster.

Aquadunk (Magic right now) is more of a vertical waterslide.

Thank you, we've been on the Dream and Fantasy and will be on the Magic next March. I'm to see what you tube can show me.

Uh well I rode the one on the Dream. Maybe if you're 50 pounds, it might speed along and give the impression its like a rollercoaster! It definitely didn't for two of us. It's way too flattened to really get anywhere. I felt like I'd been in Lazy Rivers that are more exciting. There's no way I could put AquaDuck and Rollercoaster together in the same sentence. Just my opinion.

And also why I can't wait to ride the AquaDunk in just about a week!!!

Oldest granddaughter didn't know which piece of 2-pc, to grab first! :rotfl:

The first part of DUCK is kinda exciting and the water does push you up and down the hills. The second part is more chill.

Oh my!!! One week!!! Its finally here!

6 yr old DGD said... It was AWESOME, FUN AND SCARY!!! NOT doing it again! :rotfl2:

You can find lots of videos of the ride on YouTube.
DGS has watched them for over 30 minutes at a time, one right after the other.

I don't do drops.

Won't even ride Splash Mountain. Did that (and Tower of Terror) ONCE. Never again.

I'm pretty sure they can change the water pressure on the Duck. When DS and I went on it we were flying and I kept getting water splashed in my face. When he rode it the next day he said it was much slower and calmer.

I love roller coasters but not drops. I tolerate the drops on a great coaster rides as long as there aren't too many. The rest of the ride is worth it. I can't see any part of the Dunk that would be worth it for me. I know some ppl love that though.

I love all roller coasters, but don't like rides that I am not "strapped into", probably why I didn't care for it. :rotfl:
Wedgie issues definitely happened. :rotfl2:

I went on it once...... I enjoyed it, scary and fun, but didn't like the huge wedgie at the end! lol! Good thing I was wearing shorts over my suit!
If not for the massive wedgie, I'd have gone a few more times.

Rode it 33 times on our four night cruise. :rolleyes1

Took my daughter 45 minutes of false starts to finally ride it. She (age 13) loved it. 15 year old didn't hate it, didn't love it.

I hate drops too and don't like ToT etc. I rode it, and hated the drop :rotfl2: I'm glad that I can say "been there, done that", but it's a one and done for me - I won't be doing it again! :scared: Wedgie and water up the nose for me. ::yes:: I loved AquaDUCK but the DUNK was definitely way more of a thrill ride. DH loved it and did it several times.
