Salt will help remove the water from the sprouts, so I like to sprinkle them, hand mix and then let sit for about 1 hour. I then let them dry out on a plate with paper towels. Then add the oil/pepper and go directly onto the air fryer rack(s).
My husband steams the Brussel Sprouts for just a few minutes before oven roasting them by drizzling them with a little olive oil and a shake or 2 of Tony Chachere's. Delicious
