Any thoughts on roaring fork at wilderness lodge for lunch? I'll be at contemporary but thought about taking boat over to wilderness for lunch because I've never been over there. Or is contempo better for quick service?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Roaring Forks os very a small counter service - that being said - we liked the food. Basic CS fare but the burgers were especially good. If you have not visited WL I would certainly suggest a trip over - beautiful resort.

They have some deli sandwiches that are large and were quite good in 2007. You could also continue over to FW via the boat after your WL stop and get fried chicken at Trails End to-go.

The food is pretty much standard CS fare as already advised.

But, since I stay at FW, you should come over & try our lunch or dinner buffet. It is probably the most reasonable on all WDW property. Soup, salads, entrees & deserts. If you are on the DDP, it will cost you a table service credit, so save it for dinner to get your full benefit.
