Got through a THIRD time and still no luck. No offers available for Beach Club beyond 8/14 even as Disney Visa cardholder. Going to give it another try later today, the last CM I had actually talked to before when I upgraded resorts. He suggested that I keep checking back. Good luck everyone!

I was lucky and got through in about 5 minutes. I upgraded from AoA LM to POR Garden View for only $20 more. I had to downgrade my tickets to base tickets rather than PH, but I got the hotel and room I really wanted and stayed within budget!! Going 8/28-9/3!

After 1 hour on the phone I was able to apply a 5% discount to our Animal Kingdom Villa stay on August 18 and a 25% discount to our August 20 stay at POR. It took a while and another deposit of 200 to each reservation but all went according to the post above. .

I was wondering if the sounds right to anyone or should I call back and try a different CM.. I currently have AKL club level room booked with AAA discount. When I called today the lady told me that my AAA discount is better than the RO discount being offered. I always thought that AKL club level rooms were considered Standard rooms and typically qualified for 30% discount. Just wanted to see what others thought before I call back. Its so frustrating. I called at 7am this morning only to be told no RO discounts out just Free Dining. Then come on the boards to see everyone getting RO discounts. I call back, on hold for 35 minutes. Oh well... its worth it for Disney!!!!

Only 5% discount on any AKL rooms other than standard view and pool view. "Standard" means standard view and does not include Club Level.

I checked mousesavers again after my last reply to your post and they are showing 30% off at the BC, so maybe keep trying! It seems like this offer keeps changing - not sure if the sites all jumped the gun on posting the info or if Disney is in fact changing their offer as the day goes on.

Some dates may not be available with BC, but the reports I'm receiving say it's included in the offer.

Disney is not changing the offer. I can't speak for other sites, but the info on my site keeps changing because I learn more about rates, availability, etc. as I get reports from reliable sources during the day. Maybe you feel I "jumped the gun," but in reality I'm just trying to bring people the best information I have, as early as possible. I am constantly updating as I learn more. If I waited until all the information was final and complete, I wouldn't be able to post it until hours or even days after it was bookable.

No pixie dust for me either

I'm going to try again later today and perhaps tomorrow as well. I think there may be a lot of people changing/cancelling reservations based on the new discount info, so maybe rooms will open up . If not, I think I'll have to change our last two nights to AoA - just can't afford rack rate at the Poly

Woohoo! Finally got through. The CM this time was GREAT! Made up for the disappointing calls earlier. He was able to apply the discount to the rest of our stay.

For those calling for Beach Club, I did have to upgrade to a garden view room, all standard rooms were booked. That may have been the problem earlier, who knows?

Got through quickly and upgraded from rack rate at CSR to AKL. Alas my rate from mouseavers was not the current rate for AKL so I thought it would be less but for us this is a significant upgrade...

We booked RO at Pop today Aug 20-28th. I had them quote me prices with and without tickets. It is about $28 cheaper for 7 day standard UT tickets. That is w/o the mousesavers savings link, which I think is about $10. So it could be a total of $38 cheaper for Undercover Tourist tickets.

I probably will call and add tickets just for the water proof keys to the world/ magic+ bands. August can be a little wet.

?? Are you saying I have the wrong rate on my site for your dates? Can you please clarify (date, what the rate is, etc) if that's the case? I definitely want to make sure I have the right prices listed. Thanks!

Just FYI, Undercover Tourist tickets can be added to your room key (and to the Magic Bands when they become available) by the lobby concierge at your hotel.

I'm sorry if you took my post the wrong way...I was not trying to say you were purposefully giving out the info too early or anything like that. I think I can speak for EVERYONE who has been following these threads for months that we are so grateful when we get any information at all! I was just trying to help the PP by letting her know that she may not be out of luck yet. Thanks for constantly monitoring this stuff for us all!
