Riviera Resale restriction question

I feel like I don't have full clarity on the Riviera resale restrictions.

Will a resale purchaser only be able to use points at Riviera or will they be able to use at Riviera and any other future DVC resorts built. I feel like have read/heard it stated both ways.

Anyone that buys a resale contract for Riviera or any resort after will only be able to stay at their home resort. That is definitive for Riviera as it is written into the contracts, though it is also written DVC can change the rules if they decide to later down the line. But currently it is restrictive.

All the L14 resorts can continue to trade among each other no matter if it is a resale after 1/19/19. Any resale after that date just can't trade into the new resorts.

Folks who buy Riviera resale contracts will ONLY be able to stay at Riviera. They will not have trading privileges with other Disney resorts (whether they are the original 14 or any built afterward). They will still have access to the RCI network.

There are essentially two groups of DVC right now. If you buy resale right now at the other 14 resorts, you can stay at all 14 resorts. If you buy at the 15th and future resorts resale (Riviera 15, Reflections 16) you can only stay at that home resort.

I guess when you really think about it there are so many groups of DVC members - Direct, Pre 2011 resale, Pre 2016 resale, pre 2019 resale, then there will be the riveria resale -- Am I forgetting anyone else?
