Is Bar Riva the only bar/lounge at resort? Looks like it closes at 9pm.

Would there be anywhere else at hotel to get a cocktail later than 9?

It looks like Primo Piatto is open until 10 pm.
Yes, but they only have beer/wine and canned cocktails—not a real bar.
They do sell bottles if booze at the gift shop, so you could make yourself a basic drink with that and the ice machine.

Thanks all!

Is it always only open until 9 or is this a new thing due to Covid, etc.?

Just wondering because most hotels have lounges open until midnight I thought. Maybe because this is DVC?

Hmm, I just checked the website and it says Bar Riva is open until 10:00. We were hoping to grab a nightcap there after dinner at Topolino’s, hope that info is accurate...

Covid is leading to reduced hours across the board. Theme parks, pools, restaurants, everything.

A lot of restaurants and bars have reduced hours currently. When we were at Poly in July, the only bar that was open was the pool bar and it closed at 8pm.

Here is the list of what is currently open and you can click hours:

Bar Riva is scheduled to close at 10pm, which sounds pretty good considering the limited opening/schedules.

Thanks!

I was just wondering if it normally closed that early, but seems no.

We won't be going until May, and are currently booked at Gran Destino! Just weighing options. 😂

With all of the changes, I think that’s very smart!

I hope hours and what’s open / happening in 9 months is all closer to normal, but so much will depend on demand and whether visitors do start going back, both US visitors and international.

I know that. Just trying to give OP some options.

When we were at Riviera over 4th of July weekend, there were no chairs at the bar at topolinos and you they were only letting you go to the bar if you had a dinner reservation. Not sure if it has changed since then.
