River of Lights dining package updates?

I know there is a 500+ page thread on here, but I can't dig through all of that for the updates amongst the conversation.

Has anyone called GS recently or have other sources of updates related to ROL and the dining package timing/availability?

On Tuesday Disney announced ROL is not opening April 22 and that they will share an update mid to late May. Therefore there is really not too much information out at this exact moment since the opening date is completely up in the air. Thanks for the info. I'll admit I spent Tuesday in the DVC threads trying to figure out what was going on with resale (have a contract in closing) so I missed the announcement on ROL.
