River Country?

On Dis water park hours page it says River Country is open on 7/3/2003 10 - 6. Could this be true? or am I reading something wrong?

I'd kinda be leary about that. It doesn't even list River Country as an option under park hours on the Official WDW Site and I'm sure we would have heard some thing about it reopening by now.
