Rita's Sweedish Fish Ice

Is THE best ice they have EVER had. I have seen it on signs for about 2 weeks and 2 days ago stopped and got a small. I have been craving it ever since. Tonight after dinner, I decide to go, get the family's orders and off I go.










To find out it was a Limited Time flavor and it stopped YESTERDAY!!!! So I got a custard and pouted for the rest of the night.




I know in the grand scheme of things, it is not even a deal (let alone a big deal) but it BITES!

Wait.....Yesss!!! I just checked our local one and their website still has it up. I'm sorry op that your local store isn't carrying it any longer. When I eat mine I will think of you. Maybe they will bring it back. My branch said that it has been very popular.

No chunks of fish in it...it takes like a icee form of one.....add a lil alcohol to it and it would make a GREAT drink!!!! Although without the alcohol it was still yummy!

the restaurant I work with has Swedish Fish infused vodka along with Sour Patch Kids, gummi bears, twizzlers, lifesavers.

I had one last week. Maybe I'm not getting it. It just tasted VERY sweet and almost cherry-like. My son wouldn't even try it. He said "That stuff looks like it would paint your whole insides red."

Public Service Announcement--Don't eat one of these if you have anywhere else to go. My lips, teeth, and tongue were a lovely shade of red afterwards. Had to go home and brush my teeth.

All I can say is YUMMY!

I thought it would just be a new name for cherry but it really does taste like Sweedish fish, my DS had it in a Misto and it was totally delish

Somehow "fish ice" doesn't sound all that appealing to me.


That's the way I read it at first and while now I know it's flavored like Sweedish Fish candy, I just can't get the original image out of my head.

I think they're talking about "Italian Ice" in the flavor of "Swedish Fish" candy.
