Rise of the Resistance Question

That happened to us on our last trip. We saw the pre-show with BB8, etc. Then lead outside and not into the ship, but down a hallway into the ship with all of the Stormtroopers. It really messed up the story with no attempt to fix the story. After that, it all worked except the guns which still don't move.

There was no pre-show with BB8 either this last week.

I have two friends who rode it twice this week. They told me they were led right from the queue to the transport boarding. They also said both times were walk-ons.

We rode several times last week. The first two days we had no pre-show, the rest of the times later in the week, the pre-show was working again.
