Is it worth going? How much time should I put aside for it?

We went to see it a few trips ago. It is worth visiting, some amazing oddities and illusions worth seeing in person, truthfully.
AAA may have discounted tickets.

Give it about an hour or so.

We went two years ago. We enjoyed it, it was very interesting. I would say it was worth it.

I agree, give it about an hour or more, depending how long you spend at each display.

AAA does give dicounts on tickets.

I agree with the above posts, but by all means check in with the Official Orlando Visitors Center, a little further south on I-Drive before going. You may turn up a coupon with a better discount than AAA.

Three members of our family enjoyed it. Myself, my wife, and my 9 year old son. However, my 5 year old daughter hated it. She didn't find much interesting and was scared at a lot of the exhibits. If you have younger children, or more timid children, you may want to gauge their reaction to some of the exhibits in the lobby area. If you see some concern in their faces, it may be best to skip for those members of your family.

Unless it's changed in the last couple of years, it's very interesting to some, dark and scary to others.

I went there last May and really liked it!! I thought it was pretty cool! But I will be the spoiler here and give the warning --- DON'T ROLL YOUR TONGUE IN THE MIRROR!! (You'll see why when you're there!) :teeth:

It's pretty quick to do - I was there about an hour and a half. :)

We went the one in St. Augustine years ago. Kids loved it. If fact, speaking of tongue rolling, it was there that we learned that our youngest DD could flip (fold) her tongue back!!!

The best part was waiting for those who did the mirrior to come around the corner and realize we were watching them!!!
