A bit off topic but since his voice especially is very distinct & he has not changed that much I was able to talk to Willie Aames for bit in Vancouver a couple of years ago, at a dock for the False Creek Ferries. These are very tiny boats for short route transportation in the city.

Willie was running one. I thought I must be wrong, but it was him.

I did some reading after meeting him, and he has had a hard time as well. But he looked both healthy and content.

So sad. Big fan of Eight Is Enough; he was cute and endearing as a little kid. I heard he went through some rough times in his younger years, as sadly, many child actors do. RIP Adam.
