At least a 4 day week is better than 5. I would be very willing to work longer hours 4 days a week and have 3 off, but in my job, that's not going to happen. I know it will be hard for you to adjust, though. Just think of how good it will feel to return to him after work every day! I will be thinking of you.

Jarvis is sold on Disney vacations now. He has kind of a stressful job (I guess we all do), and he likes going down there and leaving it all behind him.
We said a proper goodbye for all of us that have passed its way. It was beginning to look a little ragged.

The Mouse has certainly done some damage to my pocketbook, but it's been a good trade-off, because I have most assuredly had a good time of it.

We just got back from AAA and...
I'll be walking down Main Street in 5 weeks and 3 days
We leave from Rhode Island at 7:22 AM on Tuesday, Feb 16 and land in Orlando at 10:55 AM. And we land back in RI at 9:00 PM on Monday, Feb 22. So we 5 full days plus most of the two travel days for park time. And we get to stay at the Wilderness Lodge, because we had a pin code for 40% off Deluxe resorts. We saved 1000 dollarsI'm only missing one day of school so that's not a big deal. We tried to get a flight back on Sunday but it's the week of vacation so the weekend flights are completely booked. Oh well, I'm not complaining
Now it's time for me to start obsessively planning and making ADR's! My mom lets me handle that

I just use pancake mix and then put it part of a package of cranberry-orange (or whatever kind I'm in the mood for) of muffin mix. Anything in the Mickey waffle iron is just that much tastier!

Just wanted to share this with ya'll. Short back story: this past Christmas was our year to have Alison (Clay and his Ex alternate holidays). For some reason her Mom decided to create some drama. She wanted to take some of Clay's time away for Christmas and they had a huge argument. She then started the campaign of filling Alison's head full of negative stuff about us. It got to the point where I seriously thought Alison would refuse to even come. Fortunately, it all worked out and we had her for the full amount of time.
We have Alison this weekend. She didn't have any presents for us for Christmas because we just didn't have time to take her shopping this year. When we picked her up she had presents for us. She gave Hannah a snowman ornament and gave Clay a gift card to IHOP. Here is what she got me:
The best present ever!!!!!! She knows I love/collect nutcrackers and that I'm crazy about WDW so she found the perfect gift that combined the two. I just LOVE it! This is one nutcracker that will stay out all year!
That's very thoughtful. I know that means a lot to you, and you should be proud to display it.

I have to tell you guys this story.
Brooklynn wanted Cracker Barrel to have sliced apples. Jill told her they didn't have sliced apples, just cooked apples. A minute or two later Brooklynn received a call on her Princess phone... from the lady at Cracker Barrel, she said. Jill asked her what the lady had to say. Brooklynn said she called to tell her they do have sliced apples.
She ended up eating applesauce at my house.
I was happy about the fried apples, myself.
this is so cute! i read it out loud to ray. what an imagination that little girls has. i wonder where she gets it? 
(i can't imagine, since her grandmother makes up dramatic stories about beach balls in the pop swimming pools.)
I hope ours doesn't close, it's 1.5 hours away at the Mall of America, but it's all I got!
