I loved your tiger pictures. They were beautiful. The richness of color in their stripes is so awesome. God's creations never cease to amaze me!
Yeah, it's been a little overwhelming. I think we are all going to need this trip! Trent is very excited about it. He's really going to miss his little girls, so he'll be very happy to see them.
I think the tigers are beautiful, too. I watch the moves of my cat, the way he walks and stretches and lays, and he's just a smaller version of a tiger, without the stripes.
Wow! That is so sweet of Jill to give you a Disney trip for Mother's Day! I hope you get to spend time with Trent and Jaimie too! Sounds like a perfect weekend!

Any time is a great time to go, but getting to cross another holiday off of our list is fun, too.
Here's what we've done so far:
New Year's Eve
New Year's Day
St. Patrick's Day
Easter week (but not Easter Sunday yet)
July 4th
Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
We still have a few to go, but we'll get them eventually. Every holiday, every resort, every ride/show and every restaurant...we'll do it all, in time!
phew! caught up. i'm crazy busy with work right now. as always the last week of the month is just insane, trying to get all my typing done as well as just being busy in court.

We really would have held out, if it hadn't been for Trent's move. We had ourselves mentally prepared for no spring break trip, and the zoo trip was/is going to be fun. Along with Bella's party and Mary Poppins and Toy Story in June, we would have made it. But, this is a super-exciting surprise, and it's really now more about seeing Trent than it is about Disney World.
Me too!!! I bawl like a baby everytime I watch a Baby Story!! It gets me everytime!!!!!!

I haven't seen Baby Story in a long time. I'll probably see it a time or two over spring break.

As for what they got or did not get growing up I saw Celine Dion once on Oprah-not a huge fan of her singing but her battle with infertility is much like mine ANYWAY she said' It's not what you GIVE them, it's how you RAISE them"
I was hoping for later in May..
I muddled through motherhood with what I had and what I knew to do. I hope none of my kids ever have to raise kids with as little as mine had. They knew they had my love and support, and above that, we just made ends meet most of the time. That's why I love doing big things for them now, like our trips.
This trip in
17 days will kind of be a "first" trip for her....She went twice when I was little...once at about 3yr to MK only and once when I was about 5 or 6 to DHS and MK only. She has never stayed on property or been to EPCOT or AK...She's going this time because I really really wanted her to go, but as its getting closer she is getting more and more excited...she called me the other day to tell me it was snowing and to ask if we could go to Disney this week

Congratulations on the Mother's Day trip. Not only do you get to spend Mother's Day with your girls(and maybe Trent), but you get to go home to Pop Century.
It will be cool if we get lucky and get a new room so we can share pictures with everyone.
I will be a very happy mother on Mother's Day, no doubt.
for you too! I am happy to hear that Trent got the job but it is also bittersweet too! As a mom of an only child, I will be devastated when my little man leaves home!
