Rides worth waiting in line even with Express Pass

I plan to be at Universal on 1/24-1/25 and will likely have express passes for those days. I've read that for certain rides it can be beneficial to wait in the queue since you'd miss some of the pre-show if you use Express Pass. Does anyone have a full list of express pass rides that you'd recommend waiting in the queue at least once (re-rides can be with express pass of course)?

The SpiderMan queue explains the ride story, and there is a photo op available in the standby line as well.
The Mummy queue provides a setup for the ride and contains some fun interactive elements.
The Men in Black queue is also worth doing once for the initial scene.
There are some cute video clips in the Simpsons queue, including a cameo by the BTTF DeLorean, if I remember correctly.

Those are the ones that come to mind for me...

ET if the line isn't too long, they did a great job with the forest.

Odds are lines won't be too long while you're there, so it might not be an issue... In addition to the suggestions above:
Transformers - provides a lot of detail for the ride.
Dragons Challenge is worth a walk through once too...not nearly as much to see as there was when it was Dueling Dragons, but still worth a look.
Dr. Doom - debatable...there is stuff to see and a large video screen giving details. But if they are only running one tower (which is possible if crowds are low) the standby line takes FOREVER...

Ones to definitely skip, even if the line is short:
Minions - A few things to look at, but mainly switchbacks
Shreck - same as above
Jurassic Park - nothing but some videos...but it will probably be a walk-on in January anyhow.
Cat in the Hat - just switchbacks
Seus Trolley - switchbacks
Poseidon's Fury - you'll see everything from the EP line that you see in standby...and you'll be up at the front if they start the preshow outside the first chamber (do they even do this anymore?)
Rip Ride Rockitt - if I have to spend even one second in the queue listening to the "hip" safety videos it is too long.

Thanks for all the help and information. I will try and do the queue on at least some of the ones recommended.
