Rides with an infant

I was just wondering if anyone knew what rides infants can be taken on. Mine will be about 2 months old. Thanks.

The great thing about WDW is you can take infants on most of the rides. There are only a few rides with height restrictions: the roller coaster and water rides mainly. I also wouldn't take an infant to the 3D shows at Epcot and AK because they are too loud. Muppet Vision and Mickey's Phil should be fine but the baby won't want to keep the glasses on which should be fine. My kids even liked Haunted Mansion when they were babies. My oldest son is 4, and we still haven't been on the Snow White ride. It does sound a little scary.

It's a Small World was a delight to my infant. Anything without a height requirement. Epcot was the best for infants because you can watch so much of the outside shows while the baby sleeps. At MK, you have to constantly take the baby out of the stroller which isn't always practical. Of course, at 2 months, the baby is still pretty light. Have you thought about a sling?

Beware that many rides (Haunted Mansion/Buzz Lightyear) & all indoor shows are very loud. Cuddle that baby close to protect tiny ears!

I have taken all of my children at a very young age. This will be my youngest son's second trip. First one he was one month, this next time he will be 7 months. None of my children have really cared much about any of the rides at that age. My oldest used to fall asleep on the haunted mansion until he was almost 3. Have a wonderful time!!

I suggest you purchase a baby bjorn. I was able to carry my 4 month old right on several rides strapped right into it. There was much less transfer chaos and time wasted. I loved having my baby that close! It was great! I obviously didn't do any roller coasters, or scary rides, but anything my 4 year old daughter wanted to do we could do too!
