I struggle with vertigo and need to avoid rides that go upside down. Could you help me out with a list for the two parks?

To my knowledge the only ride that goes upside down at the DLR is the Incredicoaster at DCA.

Yep that is the only one! Disneyland is more like a family park than a rollercoaster action park.

The G-forces on RSR has senior citizen vertigo problems on the big curve, might want to explore else where about RSR for vertigo.
