Not drops.... Which rides are most apt to "break down"

I think I read that Splash Mountain often has issues

Test track gets my vote. We go twice a year and it seems Test Track will be done for a short time each visit. :confused3
Haunted Mansion stops periodically too.

Based on my experiences last week, I'd say PotC. Seemed like it was down multiple times over multiple days.

Maelstrom was also down for several hours one day, and seems like that happens most trips.

Pirates, last 3 trips it was down multiple times. Test track another.

Same happen last April with POTC while we were there. It became a standing joke of the trip. Everytime we would go to ride it was either down or broke down while we were in line. We were at MK 3 full days, and finally got to ride it our last day. But I remember the last few trips it being down a lot.

Whatever i'm in the queue for, or sometime even on...

Worst for me is TSMM - have been unable to get on once, and walked off once.

Test Track has frequently gone down a lot since a year before it opened (which is why it was delayed for so long). At least now it usually only goes down for a few minutes. In the first few years it was usually down for a few hours each day.

The ride that I've seen closed a lot recently has been Big Thunder Mountain. It has been breaking down a lot for long periods of time.

In my experience, Test Track and Space Mountain have had the most frequent "outages".

Test Track is the worst for us because it shuts down in the rain, and we travel a lot during rainy seasons.

Splash always seems to be down several times every day we visit.

Space shut down once when we had just gotten in the 2+ hour line (before FP)...everybody left except a handful of us. It opened back up after 5 minutes and we walked right on! :thumbsup2

I agree with many of the PPs, Test Track goes down a lot. There was a time that Everest was having issues as well (I think mostly Yeti related), but I haven't noticed that recently.

Haunted Mansion stops periodically too.

Some of the stops Haunted Mansion makes are, actually, to let handicap guests on. Some of the stops are of course still ride breakdowns.

Big Thunder, Rockin Roller Coaster, TS Mania and Test Tract all went down for a short period of time when I was there in December. None of the delays lasted that long and Disney still honored all FP+ that were effected.

You don't realize it because there are two sides but Primeval Whirl at AK goes down several times each day. Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards

Last week Splash Mountain, Small World and Maelstrom all were down for several hours. (POTC never opened the day we were there.)

This isn't in the parks but Astro Blasters at Disney Quest. It's a running gag that everytime I get near that ride it breaks down but that's the norm for this ride.

Nothing is for sure except death and taxes,,and attractions breaking down. Can (and will) happen to all of them. Now what would be the pits is all of them being down at the same time.
