Rider switch- do they still have it?

Does anyone know if the parks are still doing rider switch and how is it working? I know they used to scan your band and then you would enter through the fastpass lane, but now there are no fastpass lanes.

They are still doing this and you obtain the pass the same way you always did. The first group of your party will wait in the standby line. Once they are finished, you will be able to enter through the FP line, which is only being used for rider switch and DAS right now.
