Rider Swap

Hello all! Just a quick question on rider swap... for any ride, would I be allowed to take my 2 year old in the queue with me and my husband? Can we bring our backpacks in with us? I'm particularly concerned about rides with metal detectors... Thanks!!

Many of the rides actually have an area cordoned off as "child swap" so you can easily set this up with your husband on a bunch of them.

Although I've never personally used it, there is likely a separate entrance for these and you would be able to bring your stroller and personal items in with you to the waiting area. Only a handful of rides have the metal detectors, all of the coasters where something could go flying out and hurt spectators on the ground.
