Rider swap at Universal?

I've only ever used rider swap at IOA for Forbidden Journey- they had the room for the kids and one parent to wait in and then the other parent comes back and parent who waited jumps onto ride.

Is it like that for all other rides at IoA and universal? We will have our 9 month old with us this time and didnt know how to plan on how rider swap works. We will be doing express pass of that makes a difference (but are considering unlimited for the other 4 kids to be able to ride again with the person who waited). Thanks!

Yes.The rider swap is the same for the most part

You won't need express for the other kids to ride again with the parent who waited. On our last trip, we were a family of 7.....6 tall enough for all the rides and an 8 month old. Either my husband or I waited in the child swap room with our grandson. Then him and I would switch and the whole group would ride again.

Thank you! That is great to know. We've already warned the 3 cousins that at disney our son will be riding the second time with the rider swap and one other person can ride... It's good to know they can all ride with me at Universal. I wish they had more rides that the baby could ride, too.
