Why can't I find the Sounds Dangerous Ride in the list selection for Dec 8th ??

I seem to remember reading on the rumor board that it was going to be replaced by a Phineas and Ferb show. You might want to see if it has been closed.

Sounds Dangerous has been closed (or "seasonal" in Disney-speak) since early 2008, I believe.

As to the PP about American Idol -- although I haven't done that particular attraction, I'm guessing you will have to wait until the week before to get the final schedule, just like the rest of the show schedules.

Does anybody know when Ridemax updated the epcot shows. I look on saturday and it was only update till Saturday the 21. Now this morning it has the show through to this coming saturday. Did it update on sunday? or was it this morning? I leave next monday at 4am so I need to have my park plans in place by sunday night. I tried using this weeks but the wait times are so long. I think it must be cause the crowd levels are all 8's this week and next week when I want to be at epcot it will be a 6.

Ok so the real questions is in all that gumble is can I hope for the updated epcot to be out on the sunday night the the following week?

I just checked out Ridemax's website after reading through this thread and am interested in their product. However, we are visiting from February 3-11, 2010, how important is a product like Ridemax going to be to us since we are planning our visit in a low crowd time period? Thoughts and comments, please.

hi all! we'll be visiting WDW during its busiest period - 25th Dec to 5th Jan. i'm losing hair and sleep just thinking about how to go about planning our itinerary so that we survive the crowds as best as we can. do you think having ridemax will help, especially since the crowd situation really shoots up in the final week of dec as compared to the earlier three weeks. do their touring plans take the crazy xmas to new year period into consideration?

thanks so much!! (:

I have quite a few questions. We you are scheduling for your meals, do you start them at your ADR time or 20 min before?. We have a ADR @ tusker house for Donald's breakfast. it is for 10:25 which is the last ressie time available. Also how much time do you allot for your meals?

I have never been to WDW in February, but I too have heard it will be very slow (with the exception of Holidays, of course). That being said, I doubt Ridemax would be of much help as long as you are already somewhat familiar with the park and (very important) you already know how to MAXIMIZE your fastpass usage.

There are some great tips and hints in Ridemax that you may find worth the purchase price, but strictly for touring plans it's likely you would not need it for most days in February. In my opinion.

i've decided to get RideMax!! (: :cloud9: but i have one technical question. does it run on windows 7? i've seen a whole list of supporting OSes, but windows 7 isn't one of them. is it because it's new, so it hasn't been added to the list yet, or does it really not work?

The best be would be to visit the Ridemax website, and use their "contact" feature to ask them directly.

Since I haven't switched to windows 7 yet, I can't be 100% certain, but I would assume that it is not yet listed just because it is such a new OS. In my opinion it is very likely that ridemax will function perfectly on Windows 7.

This is not a RM option. It is separate software that allows you to save anything you can print as a PDF.

You can then open it up at a later time but it is just an image at this point. You can also select, copy & paste it into Word or Excel.
I don't understand how to do that. What is the software?

Can you say what post # that was that you quoted? Without the entire context of that - I can't determine exactly how to answer your question. I searched back through 10 pages of posts, but I don't see that post you quoted.

Thank you for trying to help me. Oh boy, I'm slowly reading this entire thread and I don't even remember where I found that post. I did look on Google and I think I found something similar to what this person was talking about. It's a program that lets you save things to a PDF file instead of sending it to your printer. I'm still learning.

I think you're looking for CUTEPDF - google it for the free program :)
I have used it to save my ridemax itineraries.

I bet it does, since it runs on Windows Vista and Windows 7 is basically a Vista w/ bug fixes. I run Linux and Ridemax even works on my computer. At any rate, there is a 100% money back guarantee so it costs nothing to try.

We are leaving for WDW in 5 days. If I purchased today, would there be enough time for me to learn how to use the program well enough to get around the world. We are only staying 4 days and I have 2 kids and this program sounds great for maximizing the time we will be there.

Any thoughts?

The program is all based on very basic pull down menues. I would definatly try it. Don't forget to put in the meal locations and use breaks if you want to do something at a spacific time. Add extra time for parade times too. Good luck!
